On March 26th, 2023, the Barbados Film and Video Association Inc. held its annual general meeting and elections with over 40 members of the association present. The acting president, Jamal Slocombe presented the annual report while the treasurer, Marvyn White presented the financial report for 2022-2023. Romario Hunte later chaired the elections, and the following members were elected:
