Service Description
Members seeking to join the National Registry of Artistes and Cultural Workers to access the incentives provided in the Cultural Industries Develop Act can apply to the BFVA for a reference letter. A reference letter is needed as a part of the application process to receive a certificate. ‘Certification’ refers to the receipt of the certificate which identifies the artiste as bona fide. This certification allows the holder to access the benefits to cultural industries participants under the Cultural Industries Development Act. Members are asked to have present with them at the meeting samples of their work, a CV and their creative biography.
